Very supportive! Has strong Velcro and ribbing. I did a short 20 minute workout and it didn’t budge one bit. I also sweated a lot more than usual. It defines my waist perfectly. I’m wearing it right now and it’s quite comfortable. I plan on wearing it while cleaning my phone as well as when working out to get more use out of it. I ordered a Medium and it fits well. I could’ve ordered smaller but I’ve been gaining weight lately and didn’t want to risk it.
