Xikar Premium Butane Fuel Refill For Lighters - 1.9 OZ (2 Pack) Review

These refill canisters are capable of months of usage. My lighters are used for cigars, so the burn time is several seconds per cigar lighting. I can not quote how many cigars I have lighted with the volume in one canister, but estimate over a 100 cigars ( my sons and I use the lighter!). The fuel burns cleanly and is efficiently transferred to my lighter, an Xikar lighter.

Um must have if you have a lighter. its Butane! I know there are probably other brands out there other then Xikar however I have a Xikar lighter, so I will but their butane to support them and if I every have to warranty my lighter I can say I always used your lighter fuel!

I had no issue with the product in and of itself. Xikar makes one hell of a fuel to say the least. When I opened up the package i had to try this stuff on my older lighters. Now I'm sitting with about 12 different torch lighters that stopped working and sparking on me due to terrible butane. This stuff is different. I have never seen a fuel make that big of a difference, especially when it comes to these lighters.

GREAT little two pack of high quality butane- Fills my lighters in just a few seconds. Works great! I should buy the larger bottle.But these are great for compact on the go. 5 Stars.

I bought this butane to use with my Xikar lighter, my lighter functions perfect. I recommend this butane. I've read using low quality butane can hurt the functionality of your lighter.

Smaller container than the local brick and mortar store brands carry, so it travels better. I think butane is butane That's my review.

Xikar videos indicate that most of the problems with their higher-end multiple-burner lighters are attributable to non-Xikar butane. I was using Calibri butane (not a cheap brand) and the switch helped. Xikar claims that their version is higher BTU. Regardless, if you're having problems with one of their lighters this will be the first fix they recommend.

Clean fuel burns great! Shipped as stated. I will shop here again. I really don't know what else to say except what's already been said. The site requires more words than what I needed. This is a complaint about #amazon or is it my Droid?

Doesn't compare to Vector brand. It works decently in a two-torch Zippo insert, not as well as other brand. The lighter doesn't ignite all the time and, most noticeably, the white flame that used to be on the top (with Vector) is no longer there. Price is okay, so I will keep it and burn through the two bottles. Didn't need to use any of the adapters, so can't speak to their efficacy.

I have two Xikar lighters and this is the only fuel I use in them. Never had they clogged or not ignite and I live in a moderately windy area.

I bought my husband a new table top torch for Valentine’s Day and THOUGHT I was getting a great deal on fuel. I had to laugh when I opened the box, I’ve never seen little cans of butane before. Who knew? He laughed along with me when he opened his gift. One whole little can almost fills his new torch, so it worked out in the end.

Way too expensive for a small amount. Went to a local shop and found 3x the amount for half the price of this. The butane fuel is odorless, making it difficult to detect any gas leaks.

Somehow the tip of one of my nozzles arrived chipped so it sprays everywhere instead of filling. I paid a premium for this butane but amazon has no way for me to contact the seller or initiate an exchange due to the product being flamable so I was forced to post a review.

I have several Colibri lighters and they all seem to work for awhile but then become unreliable and ultimately get smashed against the driveway in anger when I can't light a cigar. I'm told that this is because the cheap-o butane I'm using is clogging up the lighter with soot. I had some cheap butane that made my lighter stop working, emptied that fluid, filled it up with this stuff and its been working for a few months now

Was strolling through a Home Depot one day, saw a butane display and reminded me I was about out. I read the label on the brand they were selling and it said "triple filtered". Sounded good enuff for me so I bought it. My Xikar lighter immediately began to sputter and miss. Bled the other brand out, filled with this brand, been running like a champ since.

Great fuel, amazing how much easier it is to fill my lighter. I have a xikar lighter and it's nice that they include all the tips in the can. When you get the can make sure you open it slowly or the blue tips will fall out. No issue with the lighter after using this fuel. I don't understand why all the negative comments.

I purchased the Xikar lighter and the 2 pack of the premium butane fuel refill.Both are working great. I highly recommend both. If you buy a good lighter, you need the premium fuel to go with it.
