Too bad this is my first time ordering cartridges from Revain, I've always ordered directly from HP but I gave Revain a try because there was a small price difference. The computer continued to display a message that something was wrong with the cartridge. I've never had any problems with the ones I've ordered from HP. I pressed PRINT several times, but it didn't print, I kept getting this message. Then when I replaced the previous cartridge that I had taken out to put in your BUM cartridge, it suddenly started printing with the old cartridge and I couldn't stop it, so I was left with 4 sets of copies that I did. not do. used, wasted almost a ream of paper and used up a lot of my black ink cartridge.
