I often forget that because I turned on the night mode with a very quiet mode and turned off the light on it. I can't hear him or see lights so it's like he's not there. I use it because I'm allergic to some scents. I have it 24/7. I haven't had a sinus infection in the 4 months I've had it and have had several severe allergic situations. I'm prone to sinusitis and respiratory infections so this will definitely save my life.
