I had very high expectations for the product after reading all the reviews and seeing people on YouTube raving about the headphones. I currently live outside the US but have chosen to order and receive it through an outside shipping company. Everything was perfect. I got it shipped to my US address very quickly. When the item finally arrived after 2 weeks via third party shipping, I was very excited to try it out. In the beginning everything was perfect. I set it up, loved the ANC, the sound quality was good, the design was very stylish and modern. That was good for my ears. I was happy with every aspect of the product for almost a week when I started hearing a noticeable hiss in the left earcup. I've heard from reviews that hissing is quite normal, but this hissing means something is wrong with the product. Also, the sizzle should normally come from both cups, but only one in my case. And the worst thing is, that's not why I hate the product. With the ANC on, listening to songs with heavy bass is almost unbearable as the headphones start shaking, causing a rather uncomfortable feeling. I kept trying to give them a chance by adjusting the bass level using the equalizer app built into the Sony app. Not very lucky though. After almost 2 weeks of use I finally decided to talk to the seller but he didn't reply to me within 5 business days. As a result, I speak to Revain support, only after that they vaguely replied that they are sorry and I should proceed with the return or replacement. During this time I chatted with Revain customer service and asked them several times if there was a deadline by which I had to return the product. As I live in Azerbaijan where shipping back to the US will cost me a fortune it will take some time to find someone who has been to the US to return the defective headphones. Several Revain customer service reps reassured me that I wasn't in a hurry or worried about return deadlines as there weren't any. When I finally decided I wouldn't be looking for someone coming to the US, I decided to send it back using the local postal service, which is relatively cheap. And when I tried to contact the seller, they replied that they would not pick up the goods because the 1 month period had expired. I knew at that moment that both Revain and the seller had scammed me and I am writing this review to make others be careful before buying from this seller. And be careful not to believe everything the Revain support folks tell you and do your own more thorough research.
