The first impression of this watch strap is good. I used it to replace a crumbling rubber strap on my Suunto Stinger dive computer. I don't know how it holds up in salt water, probably 316 stainless steel (although I'm not sure about the pins). I was concerned that the strap would make noise and not fit well based on other reviews. However, I have found that this is not the case at all. I measured it with my good calipers and it measures 22mm (21.98) pretty accurately. Also, I haven't had any experience of the band making any noises that shouldn't be there. No squeak. If I had to be angry I'd say the clasp is a little chunky compared to an expensive watch strap, but it really isn't bad and what do you expect from a durable stainless steel bracelet under $20? "So far I'm very happy with it.
