I use these adhesive "dots” for Guitar music tab notation, in 2-colors; red & blue. They have great contrast, and stay in place when I am changing music sheets. I love the color and fit. It looks great and is fine as a windbreaker for daily use. However, I used it for road cycling (the reason I needed it) and literally overheated while riding. I needed the wind protection on the cool day, but as my body warmed up, it became way too hot. I think it's fine for light exercise, but it's not breathable enough for moderate to strenuous exercise in my opinion. I'm keeping it because I've already worn it, but I'll have to find something else for outdoor riding See full review

I really wanted to love these compression socks because I have a 6 hr. plane flight coming up. I went according to size guide on site when ordering.I probably should have sized up one size. I was unclear how the fit would be for these, since most XL thong style undies tend to be too baggy in the lady bits and super tight on the hip bands.
