I was unclear how the fit would be for these, since most XL thong style undies tend to be too baggy in the lady bits and super tight on the hip bands. However, these fit perfect, and actually super comfy. There is no sagging and they hold up well in the wash with no shrinkage. I'm 184 pounds and 5'2, and the XLs are perfect.
