Decent keyboard with a nice ergonomic layout. Not a fan of rotating RGB colors, but at least it can be configured with a constant single color (I prefer solid red, which is easy to see without being obtrusive or distracting). It will take you some time to figure out how to get the pattern you want outside of the changing color wave. The guide was written by someone who is very familiar with how it works. A bump needs to be added to key 5 to help the user navigate where their finger is on the keyboard so the user doesn't have to take their eyes off the screen. . This can be added by carefully adding a drop of epoxy or something similar for easy repair by the user. Finally, this model has RED SWITCHES, which is fine, but I prefer the feel and sound of BLUE SWITCHES. I haven't researched if the buttons can be updated to blue. I wanted something that could have a solid RED LED backlight and this was one of the few that met that need. All in all a good buy. ------ EDIT 8/20/2021 ------ The device does not retain the programmed color pattern after a system reboot and this is a persistent issue which is very annoying. Basically, you need to remember how to get back to the color settings you want and do this process every time you restart your system. The programming flow is too complicated for such a simple task. This is my biggest annoyance with this device.
