For its size, this phone is packed with features including a tone/pulse switch, two volume controls, redial and flash. The long cord at the base and earpiece is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it's great that there's a place where you can move. On the other hand, even if the main cable is twisted, it can get in the way. And it's not modular; The main cord is attached to the machine, so you can't replace it with a shorter cord even if you want to. The biggest downside, however, is the amount of background noise it generates. I've had cheaper phones that buzzed less than this one. If you can stand background noise, this is a good little phone.
