I ordered an extra large for Miss Pickle but I think I should have ordered a large. It's too long, but that's okay. I know she doesn't look happy, but I promise you she is. She is a spoiled and much loved dog. Her measurements in inches are: Neck 12, Back 17, Chest 18. Apart from being a bit long, it fits very well. The turtleneck is not too tight, neither are the cuffs on the legs or the part that covers the chest. It is very soft and will definitely keep your pup warm. I couldn't get a clear enough photo of her in it, but you can see from the photos that it fits really well.
