It looked great when new but after two weeks it was completely saggy making it difficult to wash the back. From day one gradually began to sag. I know the loofah isn't meant to last forever, but for the price, I expect more life from it. I need to go back to the BBB and see what they have. They had some that lasted for months but are gone now. I didn't like the design of the replacement, but after this purchase I have no choice. It's so hard to get a strong washcloth. It looks like they're just for sale, not for work...
