Loved the idea of the 4D lashes but this product was a huge mistake. but the 4D coat was dull and lumpy even after trying to brush or brush. Around noon my eyes started to get irritated, then I had to try not to blink because it was like bee stings when I did. I think it could be called smudge proof because I couldn't even get the clumps off. There are lots of instructions on the box and they were covered with scanned labels. And the brushes shown in the photos in the instructions did not look like the ones that actually come with the product. It may have been my misapplication of the product, but any product used near the eyes should not cause this level of irritation. I received a refund. and was told that I don't have to return the product and can keep it. So I left it in my trash can.
