Good dice but choking hazard

My son loves these dice. He enjoys the noises they make and throws them out of his bed. However, two of the blocks had very small toys glued to them. The tape quickly ripped and the toys detached from the blocks. This makes them a slight choking hazard. We were lucky enough to notice the toys came loose before our son choked on them. While I like these blocks and the price was good I would recommend finding better quality blocks.
