The hat was shipped in a plastic bag so it arrived completely smashed. I tried wetting it and reshaping it for two days but I can't undo the damage. It's never going to be a proper shape again. That means that when you own this hat you need to be careful with how you store it because it will get damaged if you don't protect it. It's also a pretty tight fit and I never have trouble with hats being too small (usually the opposite). That might be a good thing if you plan to wear it somewhere windy, though. But read the sizing carefully to make sure you have a chance at getting to fit at all.
