The program has been easy to learn, it is user friendly and the support team at Narrative Pro are always willing to help you out if needed. We have found that we do not use all of the features yet but they are constantly adding new ones so its great there's no limit as far as how much training you can receive from them! Great product overall with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this system over other products in this price range. This program allows us to submit e-reports almost instantly after dispatching an ambulance instead of having to wait until reporting next shift. It also provides a time stamp which makes sure our supervisors know when exactly what events occurred during each shift.
