Recommended by my trainer to help maintain electrolyte balance. I eat keto and your electrolytes can get out of whack pretty quickly while you're exercising AND on keto. The price is about average; Of course there are cheaper alternatives, but the ones I considered didn't work for me - ingredients I didn't like and/or too many bad reviews. The taste is pretty good. I prefer salty flavors to sweet ones, and I really don't like the taste of candy, kulayda, or similar nonsense, so I'm glad it's not insanely sweet. I mix 1 scoop with cold water in a large shaker and use during/after workouts and spa treatments. The container is small (so I was initially skeptical about its value) but it works well because it's easy to pack. Don't leave it open and don't get it wet; it can get crunchy.
