I received it about 3 weeks before the expected date. It was well packed. It makes a delicious cup of hot or cold coffee. No plastic smell. ideal temperature. The design ensures the perfect placement of the drops over the coffee. The instructions are in Japanese, the website has instructions in English. worth your money. It comes with a double-sided soup and two filters. I didn't have to stack the filters I bought like other Amazon reviews have said.
