I love that we can use ballpark for so many different things! It's easy enoughtfor our non technical staff members (i don't know how difficult it would be with tech guys) who are ableto access everything without having too much knowledge of IT systems/hardware etc..
The customer service has been great as well - they have helped me multiple times when there was an issue or something not working right which i couldnt figure out myself!! We're using this software mostly internally but also externally where clients sometimes need information about their accounts suchas balances ect...
