Made my dog feel FAT :(

I purchased this for my 45 pound small lab mix . I knew when I received it, it wouldn’t work . It looked like they sent the wrong one perhaps ? It looks like a small for a toy poodle or 5-10 pound dog at most but it was labeled large . Not sure if it’s mislabeled or what but have to return . It did not even fit around her waist . Now she’s mad at us and refusing to eat . She’s a medium sized dog but now she feels like a big girl and is mad at me . Shame they don’t make these for all sizes . Oh well .
