I wasn't sure what I really needed so I ordered a clear oak quartz rod. It arrived very quickly and I'm impressed with the work done on it so I'll go ahead and get the amethyst. Slightly silly extravagance, but I like it. To be honest, depending on your mood, it's whimsical or spiritual or both. I'll probably try to make my own soon if I can find a good base tree. Then my husband and I can pretend to fight (with playful intent!) with the two I bought haha. ;) Edit: don't be brave and try to play magicians with your family's kids lol. Crashed - obviously not the seller's fault haha.
