Pandemic is on my mind. Can not sleep? Is it hard to keep still? Lying in bed later than usual? Do you wake up with a stiff neck, lower back stiffness and hips so tight you've actually tried yoga? Who hasn't tried everything and everything lately. I cannot say that this mattress topper is a panacea for all diseases. Does it help with stiff back muscles - it helped me. Especially my lower back and hip stiffness. I definitely felt support in my lower back. The temperature of my bed was the same - neither hotter nor colder. Getting out of bed wasn't difficult. I noticed that the topper regains its shape very quickly, which I like. When I first unpacked it, there was no unpleasant smell coming from it. I unrolled it on my mattress and within minutes it was spreading out nicely. Leave it uncovered for about 2 hours just to be sure. Although this was one night I will update this review in a week or two and hopefully show consistent results.
