I absolutely love these tunnels (5/8")! Before I bought them I had on and off issues infections/blow out with my stretched ears due to fake/cheap materials, but after wearing these for a couple weeks they were pretty much healed again. I do just want to say that is important for you to talk to a doctor or professional piercer if you have persistent problems with your ears and swelling, but if you're lazy, don't want your ears to size down, or just have sensitive ears, like me, these are definitely worth a shot to fix what's wrong. I do also recommend that you give your ears a couple of days for the swelling to go down (which may lead to your ears sizing down a little, but trust me you'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to this) before putting these in so that you don't wake up with the earrings swallowed into your swollen ear. Remember it is important for your ears to be able to breathe so that they can heal. These are definitely made from a good material for sensitive ears (stainless steel) and there's no false advertising in terms of materials used or color. Would recommend and buy again.
