Ok I tried to contact the support team that spoke to me but I got a message in Chinese which you still don't understand. I brought this product and I am not satisfied that the chain on the bag is heavy. It's not as light as other chain bags I've had to contend with. It's just a handbag to carry on a walk or travel, so you might like it, but not for me. I love that it can carry a few things, but not so much if you put your phone in it. The skin is soft, the bag is beautiful.
