I was really hoping they would work the way I thought they would. The app is buggy. I have one for both doors. Being the two of them, they seemed to conflict with each other. If you only have one door, you may have a better experience. I bought specifically for the function of the app. Unfortunately I had to go back.

The amount of wires I attached to the lock and seal made it impossible to install on my RV. Eventually one of the wires broke trying to route it around the screw holes. The Bluetooth pairing and lock button seemed good, as did the quality of the latch itself. Key and physical lock must be edited. The bolt shank appears to be only partially engaged.

There is very little product support for this lock and the instructions are not very clear. We follow them correctly and two weeks later the door isn't permanently locked - we have to use the KEY which defeats the purpose of the keyless entry! We will probably send it back. Save money and buy the next brand - it will be a waste of time.

Installation was fairly easy but I had to modify my door slightly to make it fit. BT is not worth licking. It doesn't read. You have to reset the code all the time. Unblocked but not blocked. The only function that works is the button. You could get a regular van lock for $30 and pay $170 for nice looking metal because nothing works as intended except for the key. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

The stupid lock isn't thick enough for the manual red cap to hook into the lock so I can't lock from the inside and have to use the key from inside the outside. Bluetooth is finally here so I can block it, but you press the Unblock button or Unblock with a code and it makes a continuous loud noise that you have to turn off to stop it. can not unlock? Fits snugly in the doorway but won't close from the inside. The locking lever just floats there. Does not connect to the locking mechanism to block the lock. I would go back, but I had to fiddle with the POS so many times to get it working that I dropped my keyboard. When I installed this lock, everything went smoothly and the instructions were sufficient. I made sure everything worked and was programmed on the bench before removing the old/original lock from my Nash trailer. Yesterday after the installation everything worked. I generally give this 4 stars with an application and a lock. I wish the handle that closes the door had a little more comb to grip. But overall solid and we love our new lock. Inserting and inserting the batteries was very easy. Our cables were slightly damaged upon unpacking. But it works fine. After installation, we quickly and easily changed the password.
