Bought in September, had a professional install it, we didn't leave for our trip until January The lock worked maybe 20% of the time. Exchange for another one, don't waste your money on this one! Update my rating. KOHREE tried to make this purchase right but unfortunately I thought I couldn't get a refund because the return date was missed and I threw it away. Guilty! So I have to give five stars for the customer service! I told them what I did and they still offered me a $20 refund, I thought that was pretty cool!
