Customer service was incredible.

Customer service was amazing. One of the power cords stopped working after the 90 day warranty and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Received replacement in less than a week.

Very good car security gadget

Very good gadget. Justify my expectations. decent price. I install it in my SUV on the rear glass door (not recommended). Works well, doesn't get dirty on the go. Since I can't use my rearview mirror, I can now see everything behind me and feel safe.

Husband loves this camera

This is his 3rd or 4th backup camera he uses, he loves the pop up option on this camera, raise it up and lower it back down. By the way, if he doesn't use it. A few months ago he bought one for his work truck and just ordered another for his beautiful truck, he loves it so much.

does what i need

I needed a camera that could be attached to the bed of my truck so I could see the gooseneck for a quick and easy connection to my trailer. I didn't want to spend a lot on something I don't use often. Found at a good price. It's perfect for what I need. So far everything is as expected.

Good camera for the price

I bought this camera for my friend who wanted a backup camera for his daily driver. He likes the picture and the easy setup. The only thing he says would be nice if it included cables to connect the camera to the touchscreen head until it can process video. But otherwise he is very happy.

Power supply as a safety element, only switched on when reversing, otherwise disruptive.

This is a great camera with very clear video on an impressive monitor. However, when using the included power adapter, the video stays on all the time. Not bad, but distracts the driver, especially at night. There is no indication what the additional power supply is for. I'm assuming it's meant to be plugged into a backup power source to enable video when backed up. This requires additional information. I would buy this item again.
