Skirt rises up good for me

When I come out of the pool the skirt (which I like a lot) has bunched at the waist. I like this item a lot and will get a smaller size. Some have said it takes to long to dry, I don't agree.

Great quality for price, " sturdy" material.

Cons

Too short and too small

I needed smaller bottoms on bathing suit and I wanted a skirt. I thought this went further down the leg, but it doesn''t. I kept them simply because I didn''t want to wait for another/different pair to arrive. I use it and it works well enough, but I think he should have gone further down the thigh area.
