I am missing two pieces and have reached out to bgraamiens three times via the email listed on the box: BgraamiensPuzzles@hotmail.com. As of yet I have not received a response.Has anyone had any luck reaching out to this company?

Beautiful puzzle especially the blacks around the edge !It was very easy in the center and surprisingly the very end (black) too !However the colored stripes were challenging !There is only one more piece left before finishing when I took the picture , great feeling :DWill frame it and hang it in the staircase.Thank you
