I have 2b wavy hair and have never done anything special to care for it. I started using it instead of a regular bath towel to dry my hair and it helps keep my curls in place and reduces frizz. The price is cheap too. First, I use my hands to squeeze the water out of my hair, then I wrap it in while I towel dry everything else and care for my skin. Then I unwind and "squeeze" the hair with a towel to make it drier. hair after it is damp and towel dry. I have shoulder length hair and an undercut that basically bisects my hair, so I can't say how well this would work for people with lots of hair.
