I enjoy a little Shiatsu every minute. It was originally bought as a Christmas present for my husband. He didn't want it and actually told me to return it. So I kept it to myself and used it almost every night. However, he is currently trying to convince me that it is still his and that I should give it away. Ironically, as he speaks, he has no idea I'm working on this review. The point is, this machine takes the strain off my often-forgotten legs. It creates good pressure and heats up quickly. The massage lasts about 15 minutes, after which it ends. I often fall asleep before the end of the session. Areas like the neck or back are a bit uncomfortable but I managed and learned how to make it work. For the price and size, the purchase is justified.
