I have an autoimmune disease that constantly drains me of energy. I needed something to rest on and still cook. I wanted something comfortable and easy to assemble because I don't have much energy to do anything lately. It was more than I was willing to pay for the stool, but the ease of assembly made it worth every penny. Removing the bubble wrap from the base takes longer than assembling. Assembly couldn't be easier. It's been fairly comfortable since I've used it, rolling very smoothly across my tile floors to the point where it can roll under you. I'm very short and at the lowest level I make sure he leans against the closet to get at him. I have to stand on tiptoe to sit on it. It also goes up quite high so it gets me to a decent level when cooking (for me; maybe not for everyone) nice colors, I wouldn't mind having it in the back for crafting or my home office. I have to see if they make it. I'm happy with that. It was well made and again so easy to assemble which was my top priority. He also says he will hold a good weight up to 400lbs I believe.
