At first I was happy with my purchase but one day I removed the cap to fill the tank and after adding water I found that one of the filters was not working at all. didn't even drip, and the other filter gave a steady stream. I've been filtering water for over 20 years and I know none of the conditions are acceptable! I thought I got a lot. A RECEIPT WITH A HIGH END FILTER INSTEAD OF THE COUNTERFEIT SUPPLIED. I don't have time right now but sometime this week I plan to upload a video to visualize my problem. Buyer Warning!
