Fun craft for kids of all ages

This bird feeder comes does not come assembled which I like because it allows children to get some hands on experience actually crafting something, not just painting it. There are endless ways to paint the feeder as well as gems to decorate as well. I am not so sure how well this is going to stand up to weather being outdoors with the elements. I would suggest coating with a non toxic to birds substance. A lot of fun to craft however it will not hold a lot of birdseed at one time. Maybe best for one of the suet type.
