Great for running! to my rating.
Used them to train for a marathon. Mileage about 500 miles, then the tread is worn. I haven't had any knee or hip problems since I switched to it. I will continue to buy the same shoes!
Pros
- My husband and I have the same shoes. This is by far the best pair of Nikes we've had. He ticks all the boxes for us.
Cons
- Shoes may not be breathable enough for hot weather.
