AVENDOR Treadmill is amazing without being overly bulky and ready to use, no assembly required. No more excuses that the weather is too hot or cold. I just pace myself, with a goal of 2 miles every other day, for now. Recent R hip replacement with the surgeon telling me to walk 2 to 4 miles daily. Go for it fellow seniors. I find myself sweating and willingly challenging myself daily. You won't regret the outcome.
