Review on Cleanlogic Sustainable Exfoliating Pouf Pack by Lucia Ingalls

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Feels great on the skin. Contains recycled polyester.

I think this is the best alternative to the traditional bathing stool. I was thrilled to see that they are made from organic cotton. I was wondering how to make a cotton pouf. I also figured I could compost it after I was done with it. I can not. What it is: These 3 bath stools are made from certified organic cotton and recycled polyester. Under no circumstances should it be composted. Judging by the packaging and the description page, they are eco-friendly. Made from certified cotton. Polyester is recycled. According to the description page, the packaging is 100% dye and tree free. If you take one of these, it's a roll of semi-rigid fabric twisted together and tied with a cotton ribbon/tie. He is then tied with a bright orange ribbon. It literally looks like a piece of fabric twisted and tied with a ribbon. The pages bulged a bit. In use I found it to be a bit rougher than I thought it would be. Definitely exfoliates. Reminds me of using salts to exfoliate rather than gently exfoliating like I was thinking with the stool. Although I enjoyed how it felt. I found it very stress relieving and relaxing. The stool took on a larger shape as I soaked it with water. It doesn't look like a rolled up roll of fabric. It should take about a month. 4 stars because when I first saw organic cotton I thought it would be something I could compost when I was done. I scratched the back of my head when I saw that it had a bright orange ribbon and not something that can be easily composted or easily broken in the trash. I was surprised to see that it contains (recycled) polyester which takes many, many years to decompose and cannot be composted. Yes, it is recyclable and gives new life to old polyester. How it feels against the skin, it feels great. It's 5. Longevity, that remains to be seen. I've only used it for a few days.
