I was looking for a small 12 volt fan that I could put in my RV and blow air over my bed. This fan never lived up to the bill. Connecting is as easy as using it. However, this is the whole advantage of this fan. There is no air supply. No, the fan is not incorrectly connected. If you hold your hand close to the front of the fan, you can feel a small flow of air, but that's about it. An annoying shrill whistling can be heard when the fan is running. Moving the fan on its limited base only increases the howl. For the price and quality you get, do yourself a favor and consider other options.
