I took this bag on 3 business trips. On the second ride, the clip on the long strap/handle broke. I reassembled it and it worked fine. On the third ride, the outside of the bag began to tear. I hardly used this bag other than to throw my plane ticket and ID through security. Overall I consider this bag to be very poor quality at a very high price. Extremely disappointed.
