Generally good table, excellent customer service

I am mostly satisfied with this table! Here is a short list of pros and cons: Pros: - The espresso color goes almost perfectly with my dark walnut bed and looks nice. - Many parts (not all) are made of solid wood, which I didn't expect for the price! - The price was excellent, it was $101 at the time of purchase. - Instructions were mostly clear and understandable. - The size is perfect - I use it as a desk/bedside table next to my bed! - Customer service is excellent - that's why I had to contact them. Cons: - the two pieces attached to the sides that hold the drawer door were flimsy and flimsy - my dad and I were in the process of sliding the tray into the table so we start to gently slide it in and somehow miss, and the tray falls (about 2 inches from the drawer flap) and the entire flap breaks off the table and breaks the parts attached to it. This flap is actually quite heavy, so we were both disappointed and surprised at how soft and fragile the parts holding it up are. So, happy ending - we contacted Convenience Concepts directly, sent a request for the necessary parts and they shipped them within a few business days. Communication was great, shipping was fast. Unfortunately we had to disassemble and reassemble the whole table, but this time we were very careful. However, we were still disappointed with the table's design flaw (small pieces of softwood supporting a heavy object) and that it wobbles a bit, but we hope it will hold up to regular use! for weak/soft wood but other than that the table looks great and does the job. However, we are very happy with the customer service - we were pleased that they honored their guarantee on their website!
