Originally purchased micro printer that worked fine. Then a Micro+ upgrade kit was purchased, which turned out to be a disaster. Difficult to install and never been able to recalibrate the device. Virtually no help from the company's technical team. The support is limited to general web guides without personal contact. The block has now moved to my closet!
