The coil is very inconvenient to use in a container. The product itself is not bad, just uncomfortable. You have to use a setting spray to dampen it down, then awkwardly wiggle the brush and try not to apply too much product. That's a lot of extra steps for minimal results. It works, but it definitely has that soapy smudge and feels a little pale on the skin. I'd rather just use eyebrow gel (my favorite elf) than go through all the extra steps to get "good" results. I have two toddlers and a baby on the road and every minute counts when I get to work and it was just extra steps and time for me. The good news is that it was cheap so I didn't lose too much trying.
