WARNING: If you have 2 or more babies, buy TWO! 😁

First things first: I tested this little toy extensively (and it's really smaller than I expected) and luckily I didn't have the problems of those I read in other reviews. . My boys are cruel to EVERYONE even when they pound chunks out of my walls with their bare hands and they still haven't managed to break them. I don't like posting reviews right away, once something arrives you have to wait until the honeymoon period is over and they're still in love a few months later! Here's our personal experience of functionality and playability: * Very solid construction. Nothing has warped and nothing wobbles. All the bolts are tight and even the hose is so well fitted (and made from tough but flexible materials) that just by observation you can tell it will last a while. * Reliable performance! As mentioned above, the water drainage and all moving parts of the closet wall worked perfectly, even with the hit and throw! Batteries have not yet been replaced although performance is declining but I think any toy that gets used every night and lasts a month or more is impressive!* As colorful as the description says. The lighting in the video is a bit blurry due to our soft white lights and I didn't want to add any filters but just make sure it's CLEARLY bright. Corresponds to what I saw in the photos in other reviews.* The impression immediately after the purchase was a bit sobering. It was packaged in a plastic bag instead of a built in lid. Maybe they are all like that? Also, it was a lot smaller than I expected, but I didn't see the sizes anywhere in the post. * First use was an absolute blast! They were fascinated by it! Then a fight ensued that made me wish I'd gotten a 2.* Subsequent use cases were still fun, and they branched out into developing ways to create irritation with sculpted lines and tub ledges. Whales bathe, tea is served from a manual sprayer and we've only had one instance where they thought the bathmat needed to be 'soaked' - it's bright green and fluffy, bonus points for being creative! There are many "power" toys out there for little hands, so I love that this toy encourages independence, along with rules ("leave that thing in the tub!") and creativity. I'm sure they'll outgrow it to the death, but I would buy it for a friend and recommend it to any baby/toddler household! **Please note that despite daily emails asking for reviews, I have NOT received a discount (paid the full $30+) and have not even received an email from the company asking how things are going. There is no bias here.**

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
