The LED strips look great. I needed a 4000K color and this was the only source I found with the color, LED size and density I wanted. The strips only came with a waterproof coating on the LED elements, which I didn't really want or need, but made installation difficult as I had to remove this sticky coating at each strip connection point. To expose the copper pads. The rigidity of the coating also made the adhesion of the strips more critical. There were 2 packs of Adhesive Primer in foil pouches with each lamp roll but when I opened them the cloth material (looks like small alcohol swabs) was completely dry. No chemicals are left on the pads. I don't know how much it would help adhesion, but the strips won't stick. I don't want to completely redo the fixings so I'll try to apply another coat of glue to keep them in place in my cabinets.
