I would recommend it to patients having hand surgery.
I had a "trigger" on both thumbs. After the double arm surgery I really didn't want my husband to dry me off (we're close but not THAT close) ๐คญ I couldn't reach from the back but it still worked from the front (just walk in the right direction ) A lot easy to use, all I had to do was wrap the napkin and stick it in the back. To my surprise, the end of the handle actually releases the refilled napkin. In fact, I didn't even roll it up half the time. it still worked great.
