To my disappointment I learned that this product is not double-sided sticky so the coefficient of adhesion only depends on one side. Therefore, an object you place between clear plastic sheets will only stick to one sheet. There is no stickiness on the other sheet. The PROBLEM is that you have to trim the protective cover after you put the card etc in the product, but when you do that there is very little width of plastic overlap around the sealed item. ANY wear and tear will eventually cause the clear sheets to fall apart. The end result will be that the top (non-adhesive) film will accidentally detach or slip, negating the functionality and benefits of such a product.
