Trim came loose

I bought these for my son and after a pair of socks the rubber trim came loose on the back of the boot and around the upper. I wrote a message through Revain and didn't receive a reply. have since repaired the boots, but for the money spent and the lack of a response from the seller on the problem, I do not recommend the purchase.
