I wear an oversized t-shirt, am 5'6" and weigh 185 pounds. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly over a t-shirt or long sleeve t-shirt. Requires an X-Large to wear a sweatshirt underneath. If you order your t-shirt size you should be fine unless you need room for a hoodie or belly haha. In terms of quality, this thing amazed me. The fit and finish for this price is amazing. Plain vest for $160-200. YKK zippers, comfortable buttons and good velcro on the phone pocket. Each internal pistol pouch has a two button closure with one elastic strap for the pistol and another for an extra magazine. Pistols sized Glock 19 and smaller should not be a problem. Mesh lining on the back for ventilation between the back and the skin. The leather is not too thick but definitely good quality. There is NO better vest for the price. It would easily pass as a decent haircut at any club. Smooth back for large patches. Order this if you're in the market, you won't be disappointed SEMPER FI, rooster
