I used to use the Nikon D3000, which I got as a gift. Decided to change it because of the hard crash. I suffered for a long time with the choice, I did not know what to buy, either Nikon D3100 and Canon 1100D, or Olympus -PEN PL1. Previously, when I used a DSLR, I wanted something more compact like Sony-NEX5, and when I began to choose a camera, I chose Nikon because of its compactness and much lower price than Sony. The camera is capable of taking very good photos, it is worth its money. Although Nikon might not be greedy with the size of the matrix. Camera settings are simple, especially pleased with autofocus and photo saturation. The operating range of ISO in the camera is from 100 to 800. Although already at ISO 800 noise is slightly captured. I recommend it to anyone who plans to buy an entry-level DSLR, as the photo quality is the same, but the size is smaller.
