This mouse worked great for the first few weeks. Then he started double-tapping. Also, when I wanted to click and drag, I couldn't let go unless I lifted my finger. Since I spend about 4 hours a day in Photoshop at work, this is particularly annoying. I have contacted support. They referred me to Razer who said it was buggy and would call me back the next day with some options. That didn't happen. I contacted Revain support again. They walked me through the same troubleshooting issues as the previous representative. They let me change the setting and try it for 30 minutes. I called back and got a new representative and had to face the same problem again. I like how the mouse feels. I just want it to do what mice are supposed to do. I am happy with the replacement. I'm not even asking for a refund. I just want to try something new. PROS: - Possibly the most comfortable mouse I've ever had - Wireless is easy to use - Looks great - Sensitivity switch is awesome CONS: - Skips when held and dragging doesn't do what $10 mice do do
